I knwo we dont do this to make money obviosuly but we are stil bloody cheap for what you get.

We havnt advertised Wotan yet.

Are we sure we can do it on current costings, is it worthputting an extra fiver on to be sure?

If syd/ syds mates come or not is not an issue . In fact if he doesn't come it will recoup the losses made on the V1 fiasco .

Will knock the numbers of Allies down again though...

Corrected some of the worst joinery and now started skinning the nose cone and fuselage. It's going to look great ...honest . Should be able to get it together for CR at the mo .

Guy that's great - I thought by what you were saying it would be poo. It isn't at all - it'll be a shame to destroy it!

Good job!

It's always harder to make good someone's shoddy work than do it all yourself, so kudos!

Couple of other mentions about props .

I have both regen flags , I'll give one to the allied at start . You'll have to deploy it sensibly as you go along , as I'll do the same with the Gemran one . I reckon 50 metres ot the rear should suffice, but be prepared ot move it as you go . After you've met up with the DRWs and moved ot put in your attack on the 88 you can deploy it .Don't forget to take it with you when you bug out as well , as you'll need it for all the other games .

CW can you please do me 4 blank Ausweisses for the DRWs , I'll get them to fill them in on the day .

The boom box will not be making an apearance, the CD players shagged & I need the battery for the electric boo booms . I'll make use of the LR's sound system instead.

2 full Water containers and mortars will be left at the Allied CP / Campsite the day before .

For players coming up on the Friday , mostly Allied, do you want them kipping in the Allied CP on the Friday or prefer to have them kit up like everyone else ?

Let's keep the Friday less formal. Chances are I'll be clad in Gore-tex anyway.

Hopefully there'll be an opportunity to get some decent nosh from the Glyn Ceiriog, or is that out of the question?

I have two ammo tins loaded up with CD players + batteries to put in the allied camp (you can have one for the axis camp if you like) plus tents and other stuff.. any chance of getting a lift there on the saturday morning as I'd rather not have to lug the stuff there from the car myself.

I also have bandages ready, medic arm bands, 2 medic bags, orange arm bands... etc

Sorry , no I meant do you want to let them know where they are kipping or keep them all together at the car park ? If Arnhems anything ot go by they will all be in a kit within 5 minutes of reaching site. 8)
GC's no good for food, however Llangollen or Chirk are only 15 minutes away .

Ah right.

Hmm.

I think I'd rather keep them out of the game zone on Friday so they don't get the opportunity to interfere with anything....at all!

Plus it's less of a headache if they're all together.

Yeah, posted on other thread. Makes sense not to have to pitch tents twice.

We'll just make it clear that if people fuck with props or pyro they'll have their hands dipped in hot oil.

Guy, I notice you've mentioned that the Allies will be leaving kit in the woods for pick-up later.

Is it worth me bringing a massive brown tarp I have to cover the kit in the event of ma-hoo-sive downpours?

Excellent idea, in fact the more tarps and acovers we can bring the less likely it is to rain

Is there any particular reason why the kit can't just be left in the cars? It looks like they're going to be pretty close to where you're suggesting anyway...
